NoMad and Flatiron

Emily: Hi everybody, in today's neighborhood highlight we're here in Madison Square Park in beautiful NoMad and FlatIron.

Tony: We're in the heart of the city, right in the middle of everything here. Whether it's great restaurants, it’s transportation, it's just a matter of life enjoyment every single day. There's a lot that this area offers.

Emily: There's Eataly.

Tony: There's Eataly, which is amazing. A lot of really high-end restaurants, everything from Union Square Cafe, to 11 Madison, Dos Caminos, Black Barn, so much to do right down to the everyday coffee shop.

Emily: All the subways are also right here. So transportation is so easy.

Tony: Yeah. And on top of that, if you're somebody looking to get into this neighborhood, it's exploding with new development. NoMad has had some really, really amazing developments pop up, including the massive Rose Hill and Madison House just a couple blocks up from the park here. With big developments come big retail, so we've got a new Whole Foods opening right on Madison on 27th Street. If you've got questions about what it means to live here, give us a call and we'll talk about it and we'll set you up with next steps about making it a reality.

Emily: We look forward to meeting you.
